A good friend of mine wrote this to me yesterday:
“What’s so hard to understand?
“Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez was a bartender before getting elected to Congress and now, three months later, at 29 years old, she’s an expert in economics, environmental science and constitutional law.”
She comes from a district in the South Bronx that is so full of politically rigid idiots I could get my little pooch Shlomo elected to public office as long as he runs as a Democrat.
So far Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez – or AOC, as those who love her like to call her – helped screw up and lost New York a great program where Amazon was going to bring 25,000 well-paying new jobs into Long Island City.
In her beautiful but empty head, she believed that New York City was going to hand over $3 billion to Amazon in return for the jobs
The concept of $3 billion that would go back in tax incentives ONLY after New York got the jobs and $25 billion in revenue didn’t register with her. The fact that there never was $3 billion lying around for her to spend was a complete mystery to her.
So after she helped mess up the deal she declared victory and then she put her pretty foot in her beautiful mouth and said:
“We don’t have to give away $3 billion for this deal, we could invest those $3 billion in our district ourselves, if we wanted to. We could hire out more teachers. We can fix our subways. We can put a lot of people to work for that money, if we wanted to” she said at the time.
Naturally websites piled on, blasting Ocasio-Cortez for her “idiotic claim” and saying she “should retake basic math.”
The good news is that fiscal insanity doesn’t run in her family. The New York Post reports that her mother Blanca Ocasio-Cortez, or BOC as she calls herself, recently moved to Florida because her New York property taxes were too high.
Her daughter AOC, it turns out, is a socialist who’s a beautiful version of Bernie Sanders.
Is there a worse human being than Bernie Sanders? He’s full of crap. He has spent a lifetime screaming about ideas and programs that he knows are not possible. His gullible supporters never ask, “How come nothing he has ever proposed has ever been implemented?”
Liberal Socialist America depends on Bernie Sanders.
And old Bernie Sanders only depends on Depends.
Bernie Sanders has many of the other liberal Democrat presidential candidates tacking towards the socialist left.
Let’s turn the greatest country in the world into another Venezuela or another Cuba, they might as well be saying.
They will never get millions of hard-working Democrats to follow them.
AOC is the greatest thing that has ever happened Donald J. Trump.
Mark my words, she will get him re-elected president in 2020.
Trump will jump on her record since she became a Representative.
And what a dismal record it is:
So far her insane Green Deal calls for saving the world by eliminating air travel in the United States because planes are bad for the atmosphere. She also plans on removing combustible engines from the roads and expanding high-speed rail.
She also calls for killing off all cattle in the United States because cow farts are causing too much methane to go into the atmosphere.
And her latest proclamation is to say that with global warming coming as fast as she says it is, she is advising young couples not to have children because the “future will be hard on children.”
And here’s another:
AOC wants everyone to receive a check every week from the federal government, whether they choose to work OR NOT.
What’s insane is that she has become a national figure. Millennials are flocking to her. Free health care … free college … getting paid for not working … this is what Mommy and Daddy gave me for the first 25 years of my life. Where do I sign on?
Meanwhile, Donald Trump is watching and planning.
No matter which person wins the Democratic presidential nomination, Trump will run for president against one person: Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez.
She’s perfect.
He will make her a symbol of the Democratic Party.
She is the perfect poster child for the weakness in the Democratic Party.
The “Lock her up” chant will be replaced with, “AOC … AOC … Stole 25,000 jobs from you and me.”
Trump will repeat his State of the Union speech, lying about many of his so-called accomplishments.
The 62,979,879 voters who gave Trump the electoral vote 304 to 227 will vote for him again and win him the 2020 election.
Do you know any one of the 62,979,879 voters who have walked away from Trump? I don’t.
The mistake that most Trump haters are making (and I count myself as a Trump hater) is that they believe CNN and the New York Times and all the TV networks.
Wake up! They’re the people who told you Hillary was going to beat Trump easily. They’re not reporting the news, they’re reporting their wildest dreams.
Unless Trump is hit by a RICO charge in the next year, Trump will win again, and God help this country.
AOC will not be deterred by the loss – she will begin making her plan to run for president in 2024. If there is a 2024.
